Automatic Information. We may collect and store information that is generated automatically as you use our Services. Some examples of the information we collect and analyze may include, among others, the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer or other devices to the Internet; login; occupation; language; zip code; area code; unique device identifier; referrer URL; location; and the time zone where our product is used so that we can better understand customer behavior and improve our products, services and advertisements.
We may also collect and analyze email addresses; password; computer and connection information such as browser type, version, and time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system, and platform; purchase history, which we may sometimes aggregate; the full Uniform Resource Locator (URL) clickstream to, through, and from our websites, including date and time; cookie number; products you viewed or searched for; which features of our Services you interact with and how often, and the phone number you used to contact us.
To help us make emails more useful and interesting, we often receive a confirmation when you open email from BateStampElite.com or CustomizeDev.com if your computer supports such capabilities. If you do not want to receive email or other mail from us, you have the opportunity to unsubscribe.
In some of our email messages, we use a “click-through URL” linked to content on one of our websites. When customers click one of these URLs, they pass through a separate web server before arriving at the destination page on our website. We do not currently recognize or respond to browser-initiated Do Not Track signals as the Internet industry is currently still working on Do Not Track standards, implementations and solutions.
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our customers who are California residents to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, information about the personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. If applicable, this information would include a list of the categories of personal information that was shared and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared information in the immediately preceding calendar year.
